1. Land Fee(only for reference)
The granted land
approved by the zone with the term of 50 years, in general,
is completed its utilities covering access, telecommunication,
power, water, drainage, waste emission and land leveling. The
land use right grant fees include land expropriation expenses,
dismantling & removing expenses and infrastructure expenses.

4．Labour Expense
For the employee
of foreign-funded enterprises (including management, technician,
permanent worker, contracted worker, temporary worker and worker
from outside Ningbo), the salary standard is based on the principle
that the salary is no less than 120 percent of the average salary
of the state-owned enterprise's employee in the similar line
in Ningbo. The existing minimum salary standard regulated by
the zone is not less than RMB 380 yuan per month(social insurance
fees are included in this figure)
